Playtika is seeking an Experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment processes for creative, technical, and business functions. This role involves partnering with hiring managers, advanced sourcing, pipeline building, and optimizing strategies through data analysis. The ideal candidate will deliver an exceptional candidate experience and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant recruiting and sourcing experience in tech, gaming, or fast-paced startup/global environments
- Proven track record in advanced sourcing techniques and building talent pipelines from scratch
- Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills with the ability to build trust with hiring managers and candidates
- Team player with a "can-do" attitude, willing to collaborate and contribute to our team's success
- Ability to work in an ambiguous and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience analyzing conversion funnels and sourcing metrics to optimize strategies
- Strong research skills and self-driven approach – ability to quickly learn and understand unfamiliar or niche areas within the gaming industry and independently identify ideal candidate profiles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Fluent Hebrew – must; English proficiency – strong advantage
