Join PM Studios, a global video game developer and publisher, as a Controller. This foundational finance role offers the chance to build scalable accounting processes and drive financial clarity across gaming and entertainment entities from the Las Vegas office, supporting future growth.
Location: Las Vegas, NV. Remote
Salary: $150-180k
PM Studios is a globally recognized video game developer and publisher founded in 2008. For over a decade, we’ve delivered technical, design, and artistic leadership across the gaming industry, producing iconic titles that have resonated with generations of players worldwide.
At PM Studios, people come first. We hire exceptional talent and empower them with the tools, autonomy, and support needed to do their best work. Our culture is rooted in integrity, innovation, and action—we believe in giving before we receive and transforming inspiration into meaningful impact.
As we continue to grow and expand our portfolio, we are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Controller to join our Las Vegas team.
About the Role
As PM Studios continues to scale its portfolio of games and publishing partnerships, we are looking for a Controller who is as comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment as they are in the details of a balance sheet. This is a foundational finance role for someone who wants to help build something — not just maintain it. Candidates must be comfortable working in an environment where systems, documentation, and processes are still evolving and require refinement and structure.
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will own the full accounting function across our portfolio of gaming and entertainment entities. You'll be the financial backbone of the organization, partnering closely with development, publishing, and operations teams to bring financial clarity to a business that moves at the speed of the games industry. If you've ever wanted to be the person who helps a creative company grow up financially without losing its edge, this is that role.
This is not a maintenance accounting role. The successful candidate will be responsible for building scalable accounting processes, strengthening controls, improving historical record keeping, and helping establish the finance infrastructure needed to support future growth.
