- More than 5 years' experience as a Technical Animator or similar role in a AAA studio
- Mastery of animation software (Maya, MotionBuilder, Blender, etc.)
- Good knowledge of animation systems in modern engines (Unreal Engine, Unity or proprietary engines)
- Good understanding of animation principles and gameplay systems
- Analytical mind and sense of problem solving, capable of making the link between creativity and technical constraints
- Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Knowledge of MEL, Python, C++ or C#, an asset.
