- A thorough understanding of employee payment processes in Europe including statutory deductions, pensions, and benefits.
- Experience communicating, learning, and maintaining organisation in an online environment.
- A passion for record keeping, attention to detail, and proficiency in data management.
- A positive attitude, with impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in German is a bonus.
