The Associate Business Development Manager is responsible for supporting and driving business growth through active lead generation, client outreach, and account management. Working closely with the Head of Department (HOD), this role focuses on executing growth strategies, securing new merchant/partner accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The Associate BDM plays a key execution role in expanding our market footprint, supporting proposal development, and coordinating internally to deliver seamless payment and digital solutions.

Are you game?
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline. - 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably within Payment Gateway, FinTech, Merchant Acquiring, or E-commerce industries). - Track record of meeting or exceeding assigned sales/lead metrics. - Proficiency in English (Mandarin or other local languages an advantage).
