This role is a senior quota-carrying hunter based in Irvine who owns a book of business across entertainment, gaming, media, technology, and consumer brands. The role sells creator-led influencer marketing and digital media programs, develops direct brand and agency relationships, and owns the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and expansion. Success requires a proven record of multi-million-dollar annual sales, an active network across the US West Coast, and the judgment to sell ambitious ideas that can be executed at scale.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Build and own a focused territory and category plan across entertainment, gaming, media, technology, and consumer brands, with primary emphasis on Irvine, Los Angeles, and the US West Coast.
Generate qualified pipeline through proactive outreach to brands, agency holding companies, independent media agencies, and influencer-marketing agencies; this is a hunter role, not general account management.
Sell creator-led influencer and digital media programs across Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms, including branded integrations, livestream activations, short-form and long-form content, and paid amplification.
Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation, discovery, brief development, and pitch through pricing, negotiation, contracting, internal handoff, renewal, and account expansion.
Deliver a multi-million-dollar annual revenue target and maintain sufficient qualified pipeline coverage, accurate close plans, and disciplined weekly forecasting.
Develop durable relationships with senior agency and brand decision-makers, convert market insight into proactive opportunities, and create repeatable annual partnerships.
Partner closely with Integrated Marketing, Creator Success, Campaign Management, Analytics, Finance, and Legal to ensure every sold program is differentiated, profitable, measurable, and operationally executable.
Maintain complete CRM hygiene, provide clear market and win-loss feedback, represent StreamElements at relevant industry events, and protect client trust through strong commercial follow-through.
Other duties as assigned.
