As a Program Manager II, you will be part of the Organized Play team, overseeing the IBIT region with a priority on Spain. This role involves building relationships with tournament organizers for amateur competitive events across Riot Games' portfolio, managing local competitive experience products, and ensuring a fantastic player experience. You will report to the Sr. Manager Competitive Operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in competitive product management
- Experience with designing organized play ecosystems that contribute directly to the growth and sustainability of games and their communities.
- Understanding of how to build long-term vendor and partner relationships that dynamically evolve with market needs
- Experience in project management and execution of offline and online marketing activations
- Equipped to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and support them towards shared objectives
- Ability to think strategically, in order to work at scale across a broad portfolio of products and competitions
- Knowledge of Spanish gaming and esports scenes
- Fluency (spoken and written) in both Spanish and English is required for this role.
- Knowledge of the Italian and Portuguese gaming and competitive scene
- Fluency in Italian and/or Portuguese
- Experience in online / offline event production management
