// Open Role at Riot Games
Lead game product strategy and execution for Riot Games' Teamfight Tactics (FFGS) in Shanghai. Drive player engagement, manage live operations, and guide a product management team for one of Riot's major franchises.
Riot Games was established in 2006 by entrepreneurial gamers who believe that player-focused game development can result in great games. In 2009, Riot released its debut title League of Legends to critical and player acclaim. As the most played video game in the world, over 100 million play every month. Players form the foundation of our community and it’s for them that we continue to evolve and improve the League of Legends experience.
We’re looking for humble but ambitious, razor-sharp professionals who can teach us a thing or two. We promise to return the favor. Like us, you take play seriously; you’re passionate about games. We embrace those who see things differently, aren’t afraid to experiment, and who have a healthy disregard for constraints.
That's where you come in.
Game Product Managers at Riot lead passionate teams to create and evolve products and experiences for our players. We seek to deeply understand our product’s audience and drive strategy to create value for players and for Riot. We help concept, build, and influence projects at all stages of production.
As a Manager, Game Product Management on the FFGS(金铲铲之战) team, you will be a member of the game’s leadership team for one of Riot’s largest franchise game, Teamfight Tactics. You will be responsible for building actionable strategies and business plans and working across gameplay and around game features to articulate a clear roadmap and requirements to create value for players and the product. You will be accountable for monitoring performance against targets; leading vision and execution for live operations; driving improvements to our processes and systems to support better decision making; and building, managing, and operating a PM team that can meet the key measurement of the product while partnering with delivery leadership to achieve the team’s goals. Since the role leads the major effort of gameplay and player engagement, the role will require a leader that has solid experience in PM and game development.
As a Manager, Game Product Management on the Fight for the Golden Spatula (FFGS) team, you will guide the gameplay strategy and delivery of the most exciting new experience within Fight for the Golden Spatula. You will guide product gameplay strategy for new FFGS revival sets, modes, and FFGS R&D gameplay features. You will engage with the community and player data to ensure that the team is delivering maximum value, maintaining a singular focus on providing the best possible player experience. You will also establish what success looks like and work closely with our partners of development and publishing for building a clear plan for the development team to achieve it. You will report to FFGS's Senior Director, Game Product Management.
For this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and decision-making that prioritizes the delight of players.
