This role is on-site at our Los Angeles, California office .
Riot’s Rotational Program serves currently enrolled Masters students who are eager to impact millions of players worldwide that engage with our games.
As a Rotational Program participant, you can expect to rotate through game product, corporate strategy and partnerships business functions. Depending on your rotation, you will gain hands-on experience across product management, analytics, business strategy, partnerships and more. The program offers mentorship, networking and career development so that you have all of the resources necessary to excel at your craft and create memorable experiences for players across the globe.
This program is designed to build a pipeline of future leaders for Riot’s Game Product Management and Corporate Strategy organizations. Throughout the program, participants will develop the strategic, analytical, and leadership capabilities needed to drive impact across Riot and help shape the future of our games and player experiences. For strategic thinkers who are also players at heart, this program is a unique opportunity to help shape Riot’s long-term direction and create lasting impact for players around the world.

(Los Angeles Only) Base salary is $175,000 + incentive compensation + 401K with company match + medical, dental, vision, and life insurance + short and long-term disability + open PTO.
Currently enrolled in a Masters or MBA Program with expected graduation in Spring 2027. Requires 3+ years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, product management, product strategy, or partnerships. Must possess strong analytical skills for quantitative and qualitative research, with demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous business problems and translate analysis into actionable recommendations. Experience building business cases, market assessments, or financial models is essential. Candidates must be available for full-time work during the 2-year program.
