As a Product Manager (P3) focused on Meta Systems for VALORANT Mobile, you will help shape the out-of-match experience that supports players before, between, and after every tactical fight.
You will work on player-facing systems including, but not limited to, progression, social features, asset display, party-up experience, player identity, and other systems that deepen long-term engagement. Your goal is to ensure VALORANT Mobile does not only feel great in the round, but also gives players meaningful reasons to return, connect, express themselves, and grow over time.
This role requires strong player empathy, structured product thinking, and the ability to translate ambiguous player needs into clear product direction. You will partner closely with Quantum Studio, our co-development partner, as well as Riot VALORANT teams, designers, engineers, publishing stakeholders, and other Riot partners to define feature goals, review implementation quality, and continuously improve the player experience through data, research, and product intuition.

5+ years of experience in product management, game operations, system design, or live service games, preferably with experience in mobile games. Experience owning or supporting player-facing systems such as progression, social, party, profile, collection, achievement, mission, onboarding, or other engagement-related systems. Strong product judgment and player empathy, with the ability to identify player needs and translate them into clear product requirements and experience improvements. Ability to work through moderately complex product problems, evaluate trade-offs, and propose practical solutions within defined constraints. Strong data literacy, with experience using engagement, retention, funnel, social, or feature usage data to evaluate product performance and guide iteration. Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with experience working closely with design, engineering, publishing, analytics, research, or external development partners. Experience working in a co-development or distributed team environment, including aligning stakeholders across different teams, cultures, or regions. Fluent in Mandarin and English.
