Production Finance Professional

- 3+ years of production accounting, production finance, finance operations, or comparable procure-to-pay experience. - Experience executing established financial workflows, including procurement, payments, tracking, reporting, and day-to-day workflow documentation. - Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to maintain accurate data across multiple systems and tools. - Proficient in the Google ecosystem (e.g., Drive, Docs, Sheets) and Airtable. - Experience supporting vendor onboarding, vendor documentation, payment processing, and routine issue resolution. - Ability to support budgeting, cost tracking, planning inputs, and financial or operational reporting. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with production, finance, procurement, legal, technology, and other non-finance stakeholders; able to communicate status, risks, and issues clearly. - Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion - 5+ years of production accounting, production finance, finance operations, or comparable procure-to-pay experience (Desired). - Familiarity with Coupa, IronClad, Slack, Notion, Tableau, and other production finance workflow or reporting tools (Desired). - Demonstrated interest and experience in emerging technologies (AI and automation) is a plus (Desired). - Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business-related field (Desired).
