- Experience providing people management including mentoring or managing researchers, delivering feedback, and supporting individual growth and performance.
- Experience working on ecosystem-level, portfolio-level, or cross-product research (e.g., publishing, platforms, media, live services).
- Familiarity with esports, creator ecosystems, or entertainment-adjacent player experiences.
- Experience informing KPI frameworks tied to player lifecycle outcomes such as retention, re-engagement, or advocacy.
- Comfort operating with evolving definitions, incomplete data, and long-term strategic horizons.
