Riot Games is seeking a Senior Partner Experience Manager to lead world-class commercial partnerships and elevate fan experiences across Global and Americas Esports Events. Drive strategic collaborations, flawless execution, and exceptional partner service for leading global brands.
The Riot Commercial Partnerships (RCP) team is responsible for identifying, building, and executing world-class partnerships with leading global brands. Our mission is to drive revenue through strategic commercial collaborations that bring meaningful value to Riot’s fans across Games, Entertainment, Esports, and Social Impact. Our premier partners help elevate the experience for millions of players and live audiences, while the Partnership Management team serves as the central point of contact, ensuring exceptional service and flawless execution.
As a Senior Partner Experience Manager, you will drive the planning processes and execution of the collective partner experiences across Global and Americas Events, including hospitality, VIP programs, exclusive experiences, and partnership activations. You will serve as a key connector across Partner Managers, Riot teams, partners, agencies, and vendors to bring strategic objectives to life through seamless, high-quality experiences.
You will own the end-to-end planning and delivery of partner experiences, balancing partner needs, business objectives, budget, and location. This role requires strong strategic thinking, operational rigor, creativity, and the ability to manage complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
For this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and decision-making that prioritizes your fellow Rioters, who are the customers of your work. Being a dedicated fan of games is not necessary for this position!
Riot focuses on work/life balance, shown by our open paid time off policy and other perks such as flexible work schedules. We offer medical, dental, and life insurance, parental leave for you, your spouse/domestic partner, and children, and a 401k with company match. Check out our benefits pages for more information.

If that sounds like the kind of place you want to work, we’re looking forward to your application.
