Engineering Manager, Observability Infrastructure

- 3+ years of engineering management experience with a proven track record of hiring, mentoring, and growing high-performing teams. - Strong experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems and data infrastructure. - Experience with observability platforms or AI/ML-powered infrastructure is a plus. - Strong technical judgment and execution skills, with the ability to balance long-term platform investments with near-term business priorities. - Passion for developer experience, platform engineering, and applying AI to improve engineering productivity and operational excellence. - Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, product, and infrastructure teams.
