- 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on building and operating highly scalable distributed systems
- 5+ years of direct experience managing and mentoring high-performing engineering teams including managing ML engineers
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical trade-offs and project status to technical peers, product managers, and executive leadership
- A strong track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining exceptional engineering talent
- Experience in the Identity domain: age assurance, compliance, vendor management, fraud detection is a big plus
- Experience building and scaling distributed systems and real-time fraud platforms at a global scale is a plus
