This role is for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and scale the Roblox Operating System (ROS) team, an internal productivity platform. Requirements
- 5+ years in an engineering management role and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field.
- Experience as a strategic and driven leader with a proven track record of leading full stack development teams to deliver loved products to users.
- Passion for building tools that shape culture and make others’ lives better.
- Experience with modern development practices, frameworks and tools, including the AI landscape.
