This Senior Product Policy Manager will specialize in European regional compliance, adapting Roblox's global policies to local regulations. The role involves collaborating with legal, public policy, and product teams to articulate safety visions, guide development of enforcement systems, and ensure compliant game ratings across various regions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in online Trust & Safety and/or Product Policy
- Background in content policy development for global platforms, with a focus on regional policy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong product / technical understanding as a foundation for creative problem solving
- Experience working directly with senior company leaders and presenting to executives
- Fluent language skills in English (Required), German and/or Dutch (Preferred)
- Experience working with the video game rating authorities Pan European Game Information (PEGI), Unterhaltungssoftware Selbstkontrolle (USK) and/or the International Age Rating Coalition (IARC)
- Experience working on matters of international policy with global regulators and articulating complex policy issues (Preferred)
- JD / Master’s degree or equivalent experience
