Roblox is seeking a Senior Product Policy Manager to focus on regional compliance and localized policy contextualization for LATAM. This role involves adapting global policies to regional markets, ensuring effective enforcement, and collaborating with various internal teams to drive business forward on a foundation of safety and civility. The manager will also analyze industry and regulatory landscapes to proactively address risks.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in online Trust & Safety and/or Product Policy
- Background in content policy development for global platforms, with a focus on regional policy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; Able to distill complex issues into their core components, analyze possible solutions, and propose viable policy paths forward
- Strong product / technical understanding as a foundation for creative problem solving
- Experience working directly with senior company leaders and presenting to executives
- Fluent language skills in English and Portuguese (Required)
- Experience working with the video game rating authority Classificação Indicativa (ClassInd) and/or the International Age Rating Coalition (IARC)
- Experience working on matters of international policy with global regulators and articulating complex policy issues (Preferred)
- JD / Master’s degree or equivalent experience
