As a Senior Software Engineer on the Systems team at Roblox, you will develop critical C++ engine code impacting the building blocks of the Roblox platform. Your work will empower a global community of developers by touching every part of the engine, from threading and memory management to physics and scripting, focusing on high-performance real-time applications.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience solving complex, system-level problems in large-scale codebases.
- Strong C++ experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of core systems fundamentals and low-level performance considerations.
- Experience developing and shipping machine learning models is a strong plus.
- Experience working in the guts of a game engine or passion for learning it.
- A curiosity to want to learn and stay up-to-date on technology development.
