- 5+ years of track record of leading the design and delivery of mobile features at scale.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Swift and Objective-C, with a real point of view on modern iOS architecture (Swift Concurrency, SwiftUI/UIKit interop, modularization).
- Experience working in very large codebases with many contributors — you know how to ship safely, instrument well, and keep build times sane.
- Strong product sense. You can tell the difference between an interaction that's correct and one that feels right, and you fight for the latter.
- Excellent judgment under ambiguity, and a bias toward shipping over speculating.
- Cross-platform development with C++ and low-level hardware APIs (Nice to have).
- Experience with rendering, graphics, or game-engine-adjacent systems (Nice to have).
- Contributions to open source, conference talks, or technical writing in the iOS community (Nice to have).
- Experience integrating on-device or server-side generative AI into consumer products (Nice to have).
