As a Sr. Studio Software Engineer at Roblox, you will be a key contributor to the evolution of Roblox Studio, the primary IDE for making massive multiplayer online games on the Roblox platform. You will tackle projects involving core user features, AI-native features, foundational architecture, and central backend systems. This role involves designing technical direction, owning complex projects, and working cross-functionally to solve systemic challenges.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience developing and deploying top-tier, user-facing applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of deep experience with C++.
- Experience with UI frameworks like React, SwiftUI, Cocoa, Swift, or WPF.
- Excited by code quality and the challenge of improving it systematically through AI, experimentation, and industry standards.
- Analytical & Organized: Ability to track numerous complex threads to a successful resolution.
