At Roblox, a Senior Talent Business Partner, Engineering (Senior Technical Recruiter) is sought to build, scale, and influence the technical recruiting landscape. This role drives full-cycle hiring for critical technical roles, proactively sources top talent, and improves recruiting processes. The successful candidate will mentor hiring managers, champion candidate experience, and use data to inform strategy.

Requirements

- Drive hiring for critical technical roles across Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management, driving full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to close. - Proactively source and engage top talent through Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and other platforms. - Influence and improve processes to help the team work smarter, faster, and at scale. - Share talent market insights with hiring managers to guide decisions on leveling, compensation, and candidate profiles. - Mentor and coach hiring managers and interviewers, raising the bar on calibration, evaluation, and selection practices. - Champion a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects our values and culture at every stage of the process. - Ensure operational excellence with clean pipelines, accurate data, and strong ATS hygiene. - Use data and insights to diagnose bottlenecks, measure impact, and tell compelling stories to stakeholders. - Act as a strategic thought partner to hiring leaders, bringing recruiting analytics and competitive intelligence to shape organizational growth. - 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with depth in technical domains (Engineering, ML, etc). - Demonstrated success in hiring senior and niche technical talent in competitive markets. - A strong track record of influencing stakeholders and solving complex recruiting challenges with creativity and innovation. - A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics, surface insights, and inform strategy. - A startup mentality and open to thinking outside of the box.
