At Roblox, a Talent Business Partner will help build, scale, and influence the recruiting landscape for Business talent across various departments like People, Partnerships, Finance, Legal, Marketing/Comm's. This temporary role involves driving full-cycle recruiting, proactively sourcing top talent, and improving processes to work smarter and faster. The partner will also mentor hiring managers and champion a best-in-class candidate experience.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within Core Business groups (Marketing, Communications, Sales, Legal, People, Finance)
- Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines while delivering quality results
- Demonstrated success in hiring senior and niche technical talent in competitive markets
- A strong track record of influencing stakeholders and solving complex recruiting challenges with creativity and innovation
- Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System to maintain candidate pipelines
- A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics, surface insights, and inform strategy
- A startup mentality and open to thinking outside of the box
