Rockstar is seeking a Temporary HR Operations Specialist to join our global HR team, in New York. The ideal candidate will be analytically minded, meticulously organized, and will have knowledge of HR Operations including strong HRIS experience implementing HR processes, programs, and system improvements for a complex global organization. This position reports to the Senior HR Operations Manager in the US.

This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar’s NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan. 

WHAT WE DO

  • The Rockstar Games HR Team is responsible for empowering our employees to reach their greatest potential and create the ground-breaking games we’re known for.
  • We partner with senior leadership to drive proactive strategies of engagement, wellbeing, operations, and learning & development.
  • We collaborate with our global HR Partners to develop new initiatives and programs to bring out the best in our teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in global HR workstreams and work closely with the Senior HR Operations Manager to drive quality and timely delivery of critical milestones.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance HR process and recommend system improvements.
  • Coordinate and triage internal communications across global HR and partner teams.
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, programs, handbooks and user guides.
  • Play an active role in designing and performing regular audits to maintain data integrity across transactional systems.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR and employment law.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of HR experience partnering with a client group or business unit in HR operations areas (including payroll, benefits, and HRIS management).
  • Solid knowledge and experience using Workday or similar HRIS, Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe, and Monday.com.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and credibility across teams.
  • Exceptional organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple actions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with discretion on confidential and sensitive tasks.

The pay range for this position in New York State (inclusive of New York City) at the start of employment is expected to be between the range below* per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.

 

Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

$80,000$105,000 USD
