Rodeo FX is an award-winning creative company offering services in visual effects, animation, advertising and experiential. We partner with some of the world's leading storytellers and entertainment companies, including Netflix, HBO, Disney, Marvel, Amazon Studios, Warner Bros. and Sony.
In 2026, Rodeo FX opened its newest studio in Bengaluru, expanding our global network across Canada, the United States, Europe and India. Located in International Tech Park Bengaluru, the new 40,000-square-foot studio is designed to accommodate up to 400 artists and supports both Rodeo FX and Mikros Animation.
Our Bengaluru team is fully integrated into Rodeo FX's global pipeline, collaborating with artists, supervisors and production teams across our international studios on incredible projects.
We're now building the senior creative and technical leadership for this studio. Joining us at this stage means having the opportunity not only to contribute to world-class projects, but also to help shape the team, workflows and culture of a growing global hub.

To support close collaboration, strong team connections, and the creative energy of our studio, all Bengaluru roles are expected to work from the studio five days per week. This on-site presence helps foster effective communication, faster decision-making, knowledge sharing, and a consistent studio culture across teams.
The Regional Head of Technology is the senior Technology leader representing Rodeo FX across its growing operations in India.
Based in Bengaluru, this person provides day-to-day regional leadership and coordination while working within Rodeo FX’s global Technology organization. They partner closely with the Chief Technology Officer, Global Technology leaders, the India Head of Studio, Production and Creative leadership to ensure Technology capabilities, services and priorities effectively support the studio.
The role operates within a matrixed structure. Technology professionals based in India may report functionally to different Global Technology leaders, while the Regional Head of Technology provides local leadership, coordination, communication and operational support.
Beyond supporting current operations, this person will help shape what Technology in India can become for Rodeo FX: building regional capabilities, growing the Technology team and identifying opportunities for India to contribute more broadly to Rodeo FX’s global organization.
The mandate currently centers on Bengaluru but extends to Rodeo FX’s broader Technology footprint in India, including future offices, infrastructure and regional operations.

10+ years of progressive Technology experience, including significant experience in senior technical leadership, coordination or management roles.
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Broad understanding of complex Technology environments, including infrastructure, systems, security, networking, storage, compute and production technologies.
Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple Technology disciplines without needing to be the functional expert in every area.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Technology, Production, Creative and Executive stakeholders.
Strong leadership presence with demonstrated ability to influence, coordinate and build alignment in a matrixed environment without relying solely on formal authority.
Proactive and collaborative working style, with the ability to anticipate issues and drive problems toward resolution.
Demonstrated experience building teams, capabilities or operations within a growing or evolving environment.
Experience delivering Technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and geographically distributed teams.
Strong understanding of operational reliability, scalability, security and Technology service delivery.
Strong judgment and ability to balance regional needs with broader organizational priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
Experience with budgets, resource planning, vendors or Technology investments is an asset.
Experience within VFX, animation, media & entertainment, gaming or another complex digital production environment is strongly preferred.
Experience with VFX production workflows, pipeline, production technologies or high-performance compute environments is a strong asset.
Experience working within India while collaborating with international teams and stakeholders is a strong asset
