As a Business Analyst, you will manage processes across all card types and work closely with stakeholders in Product, Technology, Risk, and Operations. Key responsibilities include managing card application journeys, overseeing card lifecycle operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in card payment systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- Experience with banking/payment systems and POS infrastructures
- Strong understanding of ISO 8583, EMV transaction flow, and fraud detection
- Fluency in Turkish; professional working proficiency in English is a strong plus
