- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Product Management, Library Sciences, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 3+ years in digital instrumentation, analytics implementation, QA, or data governance roles.
- 2+ years of experience working with Product, Marketing, Engineering, or Analytics teams to define tracking requirements.
- Foundational understanding of event-driven tracking systems, data layers, and client-side instrumentation patterns.
- Experience validating event tracking in web and mobile environments, including debugging and monitoring tools.
- Experience maintaining event registries, taxonomies, and enforcing data collection standards.
- Exposure to tag management systems, analytics SDKs, and instrumentation workflows.
- Ability to identify inconsistencies in tracking and recommend structured solutions.
- Able to travel occasionally both domestically and internationally.
