We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Head of Production and Assistant Head of Production. This is a great opportunity for someone continuing to build experience in the film and production industry, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
This role starts as a part-time hourly position at 30 to 40 hours per week, with the potential to transition to a full-time role based on fit and business need.
Our office is located in Studio City, Los Angeles. This is a primarily in-office role, with occasional remote flexibility. General working hours are 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM PST with a 30-minute break.

- Manage administrative duties for production leadership including email, calls, expenses, travel, and general office management. - Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and events, distributing agendas and capturing action items. - Meticulously track and maintain project and production calendars to ensure deadlines and milestones are met. - Prepare, proofread, and organize presentations, creative decks, and reports for internal and client use. - Track staffing and department bandwidth to ensure sufficient personnel coverage across projects. - Engage in high-level department meetings to help keep the team aligned on updates and project statuses. - Support day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth running of the Studio City space.
