In this role, you will act as a strategic finance partner to Line of Business and Manufacturing leaders, focusing on the Instant Scratch games portfolio. You will drive key finance initiatives, manage financial performance, and lead budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting processes to achieve financial goals and enhance visibility.
Requirements
- Analyze and drive initiatives to enhance growth and profitability, improve working capital, effectively deploy capital, and advance other operational KPI’s
- Develop and deliver timely financial reporting packages and dashboards
- Collaborate with demand planning to align inventory investments with forecasted business needs; conduct scenario modeling to optimize working capital
- Partner with IT, Data Analytics, and Operations to drive system enhancements and data visibility
- Collaborate with Procurement teams to establish measurable material savings targets
- Manage capital planning & financial modeling of investment proposals
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements
- Technical knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools: Hyperion, Tableau, Power BI, Oracle, other ERP systems
- Strong understanding of operations/supply chain processes and financial drivers
- Communication and influencing skills
- Demonstrates ability to deliver and communicate results
- Bachelors degree in related field
- 5 to 8 years of related experience
