Scientific Games is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the daily operations of a mission-critical lottery client environment. This individual will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, system health, service delivery, efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards while serving as the primary point of accountability for the overall performance of the solution. The Operations Manager will lead a local support team, coordinate with centralized operational and technical groups, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that support customer success and the company's strategic objectives within the gaming and lottery industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Proven track record of successfully managing complex operations and driving process improvements. Strong understanding of operational best practices, lean manufacturing principles, and quality management systems (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO). Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proficiency in project management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Prior experience within the gaming, lottery, or technology-driven industries is highly desirable. Strong commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence.
