The Product Engineer is responsible for supporting back-office GEM solution environment. This position will work with the corporate development team and customer to ensure all requests are met in a timely and consistent manner. The Product Engineer will also work hand in hand with the Technical Operations team to test and identify issues while also suggesting and implementing corrective actions. This position will provide assistance on standard support issues – ensuring a smooth operation of our platform, and on project specific work including new product releases, enhancements and upgrades of the product for the customer.

Associates Degree in Computer Science or 2 years of technical system experience. 1-2 years of experience with relational database management. Strong analytical, customer service, written, and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft products, reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, Microsoft Reporting services), and Microsoft SQL Server. Ability to test OutSystems software releases and support new/existing solutions. Experience deploying OutSystems software, Microsoft Reports, SSIS Packages, and Windows Services. Capability to monitor system capacity and identify security concerns.
