• 8-12 years in IT, with a minimum of 5+ years in release management roles. • Proven success managing complex releases and schedules for US-based clients. • Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. • Familiarity with release management tools (e.g., JIRA, Jenkins, Git) and process automation. • Strong verbal and written communication, with experience in client and senior stakeholder interactions. • Ability to translate complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
