- 3–5 years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing—ideally in gaming, entertainment, or digital advertising.
- Upper-intermediate English (daily communication)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related Creative Cloud tools.
- Deep understanding of animation principles, pacing, and storytelling for short-form content.
- A strong portfolio showcasing social media video ads, trailers, or marketing animations.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of emerging AI tools within digital art and video
- Ability to work with a global team across multiple time zones
