- 3-5 years of experience as a Marketing Artist, ideally gained within the games industry or related creative field, agency experience a strong plus
- Strong visual design fundamentals, including composition, color, typography, layout, motion, and visual storytelling
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, with the ability to create both static and video marketing assets
- Strong understanding of brand communication, marketing creatives, and current visual trends within the gaming industry
- Passionate about gaming and actively follows creative trends across global markets, especially Western games; familiarity with Japanese, Korean, and other Asian gaming markets is a plus
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and feedback cycles simultaneously
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
- Degree in Design or equivalent training in graphic art and graphic design desirable
- Experience creating creatives for top-performing or large-DAU mobile games is a strong plus
- Bilingual in English is a plus
