- 4+ years in marketing operations, CRM campaign management, or marketing technology
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across stakeholders
- Deep expertise with at least one major CRM or marketing automation platform (Braze strongly preferred; Iterable, Leanplum, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud also relevant)

- Demonstrated understanding of CRM foundations - including audience segmentation, player journey orchestration, experiment design, campaign QA methodology, mobile platform guidelines (Apple and Google), channel best practices, and compliance basics for GDPR, Can-Spam, CCPA, and COPPA
- Experience working across multiple products or brands simultaneously
- Comfortable representing tool functionality and able to represent technical requirements in planning sessions
- Detail-oriented with a strong quality mindset
- Familiarity with mobile app event tracking and data schemas is a plus
- Experience in gaming as a player or operations manager preferred.
