This role focuses on enabling operational excellence for the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion function. The specialist will deliver, coordinate, and support DEI programs, learning initiatives, and ERG operations, ensuring effective, consistent, and scalable execution. They will partner with the DEI Lead and Partner, collaborating cross-functionally to translate strategy into high-quality operational delivery.
Requirements
- 3 years of program or project management experience, ideally in DEI, Corporate Social Responsibility, People, Employee Experience or Learning functions
- Experience executing end-to-end global programs across multiple regions
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and/or projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working with data to track engagement and measure program effectiveness
- Familiarity with vendor management and procurement workflows
- Passion for operational execution with attention to detail and process rigor
- Strong collaboration, written and verbal communication skills in English
- Solutions-focused mindset with ownership and follow-through
