- 5+ years experience in a hands-on lifecycle or growth marketing role, familiar with email, push notification, in-app message, and SMS channels
- Understanding lifecycle marketing and user journey optimization, preferably in tech, gaming or mobile app industry
- Sound record of building and shaping the planning and execution of data driven marketing campaigns across communication channels including A/B experimentation
- Experience in working closely with Product and Engineering team to set up attributes and triggered events based on user lifecycle management needs
- Solid HTML and debugging skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment and handle stress appropriately
- Ability to solve practical problems and be sufficiently adaptable to handle dynamic situations with little advance notice
- Experience working on cross-functional teams with ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communications
- Deep understanding and/or fandom of the Monster Hunter franchise
