- 10–12+ years of experience leading marketing strategy and teams for successful mobile F2P titles in China, especially live-service games.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; strong cross-cultural communication skills.
- Deep understanding of China’s mobile gaming ecosystem, including UA, content marketing, social platforms, KOL strategy, agency management, and media optimization.
- Demonstrated success launching or scaling major games in China with measurable business impact.
- Experience developing and executing innovative, community-driven marketing strategies tailored to local audiences.
- Proven ability to work with global licensors or external IP holders, with sensitivity to alignment, approvals, and brand guardrails.
- Strong analytical skills, with comfort interpreting complex data and translating insights into action.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, including experience presenting to executives.
