- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary Trust & Safety organization with deep expertise in anti-cheat, account security, content moderation, and fraud prevention.
- Oversee the design, integration, and continuous improvement of anti-cheat systems, collaborating with engineering teams and external partners.
- Develop strategies and technologies to prevent account theft, compromise, and unauthorized access while ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Manage strategic relationships with SaaS and security providers, anti-fraud systems, and merchants of record.
- Define and optimize moderation, fraud detection, and player safety processes to ensure consistent, scalable, and ethical enforcement.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations teams to deliver robust trust and safety measures.
- Operate proactively to identify emerging risks, deliver solutions efficiently, and ensure the Trust & Safety function is a strategic enabler for growth and reputation.
- Strong engineering background with experience in anti-cheat engine design or integration.
- Proven knowledge of account security systems and video game account management.
- Familiarity with SaaS management, third-party integrations, and external frontline operations.
- Demonstrates use of AI to enhance productivity, decision-making, and problem-solving, with a proactive mindset toward adopting new AI-driven tools and workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute multifaceted and scalable safety programs.
- Deep understanding of fraud prevention techniques and moderation tools.
