Scopely is seeking a Director of Product to develop product strategy for an unannounced AAA mobile game, working with external development in their Shanghai office on a hybrid basis. This role involves conducting qualitative and quantitative market analysis, guiding internal game teams towards commercial outcomes, and defining free-to-play live and monetization strategies.
Requirements
- A combination of strong quantitative skills, research capabilities, and F2P/Live operations understanding
- Expert in comp analysis and the ability to quantify what excellence looks like in design/live operations
- Expert in modeling P&L from individual product KPI’s
- Be passionate about game development
- Strong analytics mindset and capability desired
- 5+ years of experience in product strategy or development-related projects on F2P titles in live operations environment
- Track record in successfully influencing product strategy with the game teams
- User research/consultative/analytical background preferred
