Scopely is seeking a Director of Product, Features to lead the features teams for Star Trek Fleet Command. This role involves owning the long-view strategic planning, business performance, and roadmap for game features, ensuring alignment with strategic vision and tactical execution. The Director will guide cross-functional partners, manage major feature releases, and build a high-performing team to drive sustainable long-term growth and achieve KPI goals.
Requirements
- Previous work experience with free-to-play games
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical ability with attention to detail
- Understanding of game design concepts and principles
- Experience hitting revenue/metric targets on a live game
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for figuring out how game economies work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- An MBA or a Degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Finance is a plus
