- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Preferred experience working with Western game publishers
- Deep understanding of the Asian and Global gaming markets
- 8+ years of performance marketing / user acquisition experience, ideally within mobile gaming or consumer apps
- 4+ years of people management experience, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Experience working with Chinese gaming studios
- Proven success in managing and scaling multi-million dollar acquisition budgets across multiple channels
- Strong experience with major platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic networks, etc.)
- Demonstrated expertise in go-to-market strategy, launch planning, and scaling new products
- Deep analytical mindset with experience in attribution, incrementality testing, LTV modeling, and performance forecasting
- Track record of driving significant growth through improvements in automation, marketing tech, or data infrastructure
- Experience working with global, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
