- 3-5+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Enterprise Applications Administration or SaaS Platform Management
- Deep hands-on experience administering and supporting enterprise collaboration platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Zoom and related SaaS applications
- Experience owning enterprise application strategy, roadmaps, governance, lifecycle management, vendor relationships, licensing, and platform optimization initiatives
- Experience implementing and managing AI-powered workplace technologies such as Gemini, Slack AI, Zoom AI Companion, Atlassian Rovo, or similar productivity and automation platforms
- Proven ability to lead organizational AI enablement initiatives including user training, adoption programs, documentation, and change management efforts
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, vendor feature releases, and industry best practices with the ability to proactively drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts, roadmaps, and platform changes to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation including SOPs, knowledge base articles, architecture diagrams, workflow diagrams, and end-user training materials
- Strong project management and prioritization skills with the ability to independently own and execute multiple initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments supporting global teams
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Security, HR, Engineering, Legal, Procurement, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable technology solutions
