Job Summary

About this job
This role involves building and managing long-term incentive and equity compensation models, delivering automated analyses, and developing dashboards to improve accuracy. The analyst will collaborate with various departments to resolve data issues and advise on program design, while also leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related field, plus two (2) years of experience in the position offered or a related occupation.
- Experience with executive or stock-based compensation accounting and reporting.
- Experience with SAS, SQL, VBA, and Power BI for large-scale data automation and dashboarding.
- Experience executing detailed and complex analyses and explaining drivers to senior stakeholders.
