As the Head of Game Design for GSN Casino, you will lead the creative vision and execution, ensuring engaging and innovative gameplay aligned with strategic goals. You will oversee all aspects of game design from concept to release, collaborate with senior leaders on strategy, and drive a cohesive vision for player experience. This role involves researching competitive trends, fostering continuous improvement, and mentoring junior designers.
Requirements
- Possess 10+ years of experience in designing and/or producing successful mass-market casual games, preferably with experience in the social casino market.
- Have experience in leading game design teams, demonstrating outstanding self-motivation and innovation.
- Exhibit creativity with an outstanding approach to addressing persistent challenges, contributing to existing products, and turning challenges into opportunities.
- Demonstrate outstanding communication skills, effectively bridging the gap between the business and creative aspects of the division.
- Capable of multitasking and leading multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to translate ideas into actionable projects.
