The Lead People Business Partner will join Scopely's global People Team, supporting global People Team and Operations organizations from the Barcelona hub on a hybrid basis. This role involves partnering with senior leadership to shape People strategy, align global talent philosophy, and serve as a strategic advisor. The PBP will lead core talent programs, drive organizational design, and manage change efforts.
Requirements
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate strategy into actionable, scalable People initiatives.
- Significant experience influencing and coaching senior leaders, ideally within a global, matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated success in organizational design, talent management, and leading complex change.
- High comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments where ambiguity is the norm.
- Skilled at balancing strategic thinking with high-quality, timely execution.
- Experience working with culturally diverse teams and global stakeholders.
- Exceptional coaching, facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills; data-driven and insight-oriented.
- Fluent in English with strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and employee relations practices.
- Spanish language skills highly preferred
- Experience supporting global gaming or tech organizations
