- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Deep understanding of player motivations, progression systems, monetization strategy, and economy balance within mobile F2P games.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, highly iterative live environments with evolving priorities and complex systems.
