About this job

As a Lead/Manager Economy & Systems Designer, you will shape the economy and gameplay systems for Looney Tunes: World of Mayhem. This role involves designing and optimizing in-game economies, progression paths, and new features to drive engagement and maximize revenue. You will also lead feature development from pitch to live operation and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in mobile F2P game design with a focus on economy and systems design - Demonstrated expertise in crafting game features, systems, and economies on at least one shipped live-operated game, preferably RPG or strategy-based - Experience modelling/maintaining complex Economies (MMO, Strategy-MMO, RPG) - Ability to simulate and prototype progression systems in Excel, and familiarity with Unity - Strong game balance instincts paired with quantitative & analytical decision-making - Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Economics, Statistics, or related field - Knowledge of live-ops tooling and event planning systems (Bonus) - Familiarity with Looney Tunes IP and a passion for character-based RPGs (Bonus) - Experience mentoring or leading small design teams (Bonus)
