  • Ensure development practices incorporate internationalization and a global mindset for every release
  • Align with feature producers on release timelines and schedule localization workflows accordingly
  • Collaborate closely with art producers and the Marketing team to support creation of localized visuals
  • Clearly communicate the goals of your projects to leaders to achieve constant partner alignment across the organization
  • Drive localization efforts across a multidisciplinary team throughout the entire development lifecycle and live operations
  • Manage external Localization vendors, improve processes, manage expectations and keep a constant close eye on quality output
  • Evaluate the overall localization process and quality in order to draw lessons learned and identify areas of improvement.
  • Maintain terminology list, deal with translator’s queries and maintain an up to date translation memory
  • Build positive relationships with developers and regional teams
  • Identify/assess risks and strategies to mitigate and escalate as necessary to all relevant partners

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience as a dedicated localization producer or project manager in a mobile gaming studio or a globally shipped entertainment or technical product
  • Highly motivated and deeply passionate about Monopoly GO!, with a strong drive to deliver world-class
  • player experiences to a global audience.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of working independently and driving localization initiatives forward in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working with JIRA
  • Excellent understanding of game development
  • Process oriented vision and drive to drive changes in a large team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience planning, managing, and delivering projects as part of wider initiatives
  • Excellent time-management skills with demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Experienced in working with multicultural, globally distributed teams on projects and processes
  • Solutions oriented and committed to fixing not only issues internally but with the vendors as well
  • Clearly demonstrate best practices in LQA testing and how to be efficient with a mixed language team
  • Have a service attitude focused on facilitating teams to deliver amazing products

Bonus Points:

  • To be a gamer and passionate about games
  • Experience of managing localization on a large live operating title across multiple regions
