- BA or BS degree, preferably in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in media buying / user acquisition / performance marketing.
- A hunger to be at the forefront of the mobile advertising space and the mobile app market
- Creative problem solving acumen, as well as analytical rigor to verify or invalidate assumptions
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with cross functional teams
- Prefer candidates with direct previous experience in mobile user acquisition. Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads is a plus
- Understanding of funnel conversion metrics, retention rates and LTV predictions preferred
- Deep understanding of our data architecture and tech stack, and be able to communicate effectively with data teams

- Ability to self-reflect, take feedback and create a personal improvement plan
- Ability to follow-up on tasks and action items with no or little oversight
- Strong proficiency with Excel required
